Hire bookings are strictly by appointment only. These can be booked either by calling the office on 01483 776612 (during opening hours) or via e-mail @ email@example.com.
All bookings MUST be made in advance.
Hire slots will be allocated every 15 mins from 09.00am, with the last booking available at 16:00pm. All equipment hired MUST be returned to the Shopmobility car park by 16:30pm.
You will be asked to provide the following details at time of booking;
· Client’s Full Name
· Day, Date and Time you wish to hire
· Details of the equipment you wish to hire ie mobility scooter, wheelchair, power chair etc
· Preferred method of payment (we accept cash, electronic payment (via BACS/online banking), or you can request to be invoiced monthly).
Member parking is available as usual within our private car park.
All the equipment for hire will be sanitized and ready for collection in a designated area of the Shopmobility carpark (this area will be clearly marked with signage).
Clients will not have access to the office for any reason (including the staff toilets), a staff member will meet you in the carpark area keeping to a 2 metre social distance, and wearing a face mask. Please remember to bring your own face mask with you.
Shopmobility staff are unable to offer any physical assistance, therefore if you should require any assistance you should ask someone to accompany you on your visit, alternatively for any urgent assistance please contact a member of the Woking Shopping security team (number can be provided by Shopmobility staff if required).
A named envelope will be placed on each piece of equipment containing your receipt (if required) and an invoice including annual membership fee (if relevant).
Equipment is to be returned to a designated place (which will be clearly marked) within the Shopmobility carpark.
